This two-floor penthouse apartment was designed as the ultimate statement of modern luxury in Lagos. The goal was to merge sleek, high-end modern architecture with subtle Afro-contemporary influences, creating a space that feels both globally sophisticated and locally grounded.
Every space from the soaring double-height living room to the intimate entertainment lounge and rooftop terrace was curated to embody boldness, elegance, and aspiration. Afro-modern artworks, sculptural lighting, and tactile finishes were selected to create a cohesive narrative of cultural identity and modern refinement.
